NAPOMENA: navedena se riba može zamijeniti kakvom lokalnom svježom inačicom; divlje prirode (orada, barbun, cipal (da, da - ali morate znati kako i od koga, tuna, palamida ... u name it!)

NOTE: u can switch these two for some wild, fresh, amazing local fish filets.

Svega tu ima; borovnica, limunove korice, komorača, poriluka, tikvica i sve se može po sezonski zamijenit, nadopunit, nadomjestit. Fora je samo u tome da bude podjednako boja, mirisa, okusa i svježine.
Everything is included; blueberries, lemon zest, fennel, leak, zucchini, and everything can be replaced, improved, changed with seasonal goodies. The trick is in balanced combination of colors, tastes, freshness in it.

malo voća je uvijek dobrodošlo! ako imate smrznutoga šumskoga; divno! ako nemate dodajte citrusa + iscijedite i malo sokova od istog

finelly cutted veggies (avoid potatoes or any vegetable that is not willing to be quickly boiled or baked)

little bit of fruity taste is always good, if u don't have a stash of frozen berries use seasonal citrus fruits + u can squeez 'em too! ;)

Sve lijepo posložiti na papir za pečenje, začiniti, zamotati i u pećnicu na 180 ili 200 C pa tako 20tak minuta ... i gotovo!

Place nicely on a baking paper, sprinkle with spices, wrap it up & straight to the oven on 180 or 200 C 20ish minutes ... aaand it's done!
